| dc.description.abstract | Recently, the restaurant industry attempts to introduce service robot for efficient management. We conducted a survey research to investigate the expectations of restaurant robot service between customers and employees. It was found that customers and the employees share many common expectations depending on service elements that the restaurant industry usually adopts.
