dc.description.abstract | In a method for manufacturing a highly stretchable three-dimensional conductive nano-network structure, a three-dimensional nano-structured porous elastomer comprising patterns distributed in a periodic network type is formed. A surface of the three-dimensional nano-structured porous elastomer is modified into a hydrophilic state. A polymeric material is conformally attached onto the surface of the three-dimensional nano-structured porous elastomer. The surface of the three-dimensional nano-structured porous elastomer is wetted by infiltration of a conductive solution in which a conductive material is dispersed. A solvent of the conductive solution is evaporated and the polymeric material is removed, thereby forming a three-dimensional conductive network combined with the three-dimensional nano-structured porous elastomer. | - |
