dc.description.abstractRecently, customer services based on automated dialogue system have used commonly in many fields such as public, financial, and distribution. The introduction of dialogue systems as customer services for existing call channels are becoming increasingly important. In this paper, we introduce a framework for implementing callbot systems in a separate network environment. In general, customer service operated on a separate network from external networks such as the Internet, and structured approaches are needed to operate callbot and chatbot services in such the environment.-
