산화 그래핀 콜로이드 분산액의 진공 프린팅과 전사 프린팅을 통한 방열 필름 제조 방법 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 방열 필름Fabrication method of high thermal conductive graphene oxide layer by vacuum filtration assisted transfer printing of graphene oxide colloidal solution and film fabricated by using the method thereof
산화 그래핀 콜로이드 분산액의 진공 프린팅과 전사 프린팅을 통한 방열 필름 제조 방법 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 방열 필름이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 산화 그래핀을 이용한 방열 필름 제조 방법은 판상 형태의 판상 산화 그래핀(graphene oxide) 입자를 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 판상 산화 그래핀 입자를 진공 필터링하여 횡방향으로 적층시킴으로써, 방열 필름을 제조하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 형성하는 단계는 벌크 흑연 입자를 고에너지 볼밀링(high energy ball milling)하여 상기 판상 형태의 판상 산화 그래핀 입자로 박리함으로써, 상기 판상 산화 그래핀 입자를 형성할 수 있다.
