PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION FOR TREATING CANCER COMPRISING RNA OLIGONUCLEOTIDERNA 올리고뉴클레오티드를 포함하는 암 치료용 약학 조성물
The present invention provides pharmaceutical compositions for treating cancer comprising RNA oligonucleotides having specific sequences and structures. Specifically, when a cell line is treated with the RNA oligonucleotide of the present invention having a specific sequence and a helical bent structure, the expression of ISG56 is increased and apoptosis of cancer cells is induced. Thus, compositions comprising RNA oligonucleotides may be used as anti-cancer agents.
