본 발명은, 기판, 기판 상의 분석 시료의 수소 이온 농도에 따라 상이한 전위를 갖는 pH 민감성 물질 (pH sensitive material) 로 이루어진 제1 전극, 및 기판 상의 제1 전극과 적어도 일부가 일정한 거리로 이격되고, 도전성 물질로 이루어진 제2 전극을 포함하는, pH 센서 및 이의 제조 방법을 제공한다.
