| dc.description.abstract | 미소기계 구동기는 적어도 하나의 단위 픽셀 영역이 포함된 기판, 상기 단위 픽셀 영역 내에서 지지 탄성체들에 의해 상기 기판에 지지되며 입력 신호에 따라 개별적으로 동작 가능한 적어도 2개의 이동 전극들, 상기 이동 전극들을 서로 연결시키는 적어도 하나의 연결 탄성체 및 상기 이동 전극들 상부 또는 하부에 각각 배치되어 상기 대응하는 이동 전극들과 함께 초기 공극들을 형성하는 적어도 하나의 고정 전극을 포함한다. 상기 이동 전극들은 상기 지지 탄성체와 상기 연결 탄성체를 매개로 상기 고정 전극과의 구동력에 의해 각기 다른 크기의 공극을 갖도록 구동하며, 상기 이동 전극들 중 어느 하나가 상기 입력 신호에 의해 입력 변위를 가질 때 상기 이동 전극들 중 다른 하나는 출력 변위를 갖는다. | - |
