암의 면역 치료 후 예후 예측용 바이오 마커Biomarkers for predicting prognosis after immunotherapy of cancer
본 발명은 면역항암제(PD-1/PD-L1) 치료 후 면역 관련 이상 반응(immune-related adverse events; irAEs) 발생이 예견되는 환자를 선별하기 위한 바이오 마커에 관한 것이다. 암 환자, 특히 흉선종 및 비소세포폐암 환자에 대해 면역항암제 사용 전 irAEs 발생을 미리 예측함으로써 비소세포폐암환자에 대한 면역항암제 사용 여부를 결정할 수 있게 함으로써, 기대 수명을 연장할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
