음향진동시스템을 포함하는 배출가스 미세입자 응집처리장치Micro-Particles in Exhaust Gas Conglomerating Apparatus Having a Vibro-Acoustic System
본 발명에 따른 음향진동시스템을 포함하는 배출가스 미세입자 응집처리장치는, 배기덕트 내의 배출경로를 통해 유동되는 배출가스에 포함된 미세입자를 응집시켜 집진 처리하기 위한 음향진동시스템을 포함하며, 상기 음향진동시스템은, 상기 배기덕트의 둘레 일측 영역에 구비되고, 기 설정된 파장의 가청음을 평면파 형태로 방사하여 상기 배출경로 내에 소정의 정재파 비를 가지는 절면(Nodal Plane)을 형성하여 배출가스에 포함된 미세입자를 응집 분포시키는 음향방사모듈을 포함한다.
