렌즈리스 초분광 영상 이미징 방법 및 그 장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 초분광 영상 재구성 방법은 회절 광학 소자(diffractive optical element)를 통과하여 촬영된 영상을 수신하는 단계; 및 상기 회절 광학 소자의 파장 별 점분포함수(point spread function) 정보와 상기 수신된 영상에 기초하여 상기 수신된 영상에 대한 초분광 영상을 재구성하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 회절 광학 소자는 스펙트럴에 따라 변하는 점분포함수의 비등방성 형상을 생성할 수 있다.
