본 발명은 메조 다공성 탄소를 포함하는 리튬 이차전지용 금속 음극 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로 기공 크기가 2 내지 50 nm인 메조 다공성 탄소를 포함함으로써, 리튬 덴드라이트의 형성을 넓은 표면적을 이용하여 효율적으로 억제하며, 수명 특성 등의 전기화학적 특성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
