| dc.description.abstract | 액상 물질 플랫폼을 이용한 박막의 선택적 박리 및 전사 방법이 제시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 선택적 전사 방법은, 기판 위에 박막을 증착하는 단계; 목표 패턴의 박막을 얻기 위해 레이저 또는 도구를 이용하여 상기 박막에 패터닝하는 단계; 상기 목표 패턴의 박막에 마스킹(Masking)을 하는 단계; 마스킹이 완료된 후, 상기 박막에 표면처리를 하여 표면 젖음 특성을 선택적으로 제어하는 단계; 선택적으로 표면처리가 완료되어 젖음 특성이 달라진 상기 박막의 표면을 액상 물질에 담금에 따라 상기 박막과 상기 기판 사이의 계면을 박리할 수 있는 균열 열림 힘이 가해져 상기 목표 패턴의 박막이 박리되는 단계; 및 상기 목표 패턴의 박막이 상기 액상 물질에 플로팅(Floating) 상태일 때, 목표 기판을 상기 액상 물질에 담근 후 들어올리면서 플로팅된 상기 목표 패턴의 박막을 떠올려(Scoop-up) 전사하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어질 수 있다. | - |
