본 발명은 박막 전해질의 낮은 재현성과 내구성 등의 문제를 해결할 수 있는 다중 반복 구조의 박막 전해질층을 포함하는 고체산화물 전해질, 이의 제조방법, 이를 포함하는 단전지, 단전지를 포함하는 고체산화물 연료전지 및 단전지를 포함하는 고체산화물 전해조에 관한 것으로, 다층의 전해질층은 서로 인접하는 계면에서 열팽창 계수의 차이로 인하여 서로 인접하는 전해질층의 응력이 안정적으로 분포할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
