본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 광학 필터는, 그 일면에 교번하여 배치된 폴리머 라인과 스페이스로 구성된 폴리머 그리드 패턴을 포함하는 투명 유전체 기판; 상기 폴리머 그리드 패턴의 상기 폴리머 라인 상에 배치된 상부 도전 라인; 상기 폴리머 그리드 패턴의 상기 스페이스 상에 배치된 하부 도전 라인; 및 상기 폴리머 라인의 양 측벽에 각각 형성된 도전 아일랜드들을 포함한다.
