본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 수소 센서는, 상면에 양극(Anode) 및 음극(Cathod)이 마련되는 플렉시블 기판; 상기 플렉시블 기판의 상기 상면 상에서 상기 양극과 연결되는 실리콘 박막; 상기 음극과 연결되어 상기 실리콘 박막의 상면과 접하고, 수소 기체와 반응하는 감지부를 포함한다.
