듀티 사이클 복원 장치 및 이를 이용하는 저전력 수신 장치Duty cycle recovery device and low power receiver using the same
본 발명은 듀티 사이클 복원 장치 및 이를 이용하는 저전력 수신 장치에 관한 것으로, 이는 입력 신호를 수신 및 증폭하는 증폭부; 상기 입력 신호를 서로 상이한 두 개의 문턱값으로 버퍼링한 후, 두 개의 버퍼링 결과가 기 설정 시간 이상 동일하면 듀티 구간 발생을 확인 및 통보하고, 그렇지 않으면 듀티 아웃 구간 발생을 확인 및 통보하는 듀티 사이클 복원부; 및 듀티 아웃 구간 발생이 확인될 때에만 동작 활성화되어, 상기 입력 신호를 수신 및 처리하는 신호 처리부를 포함하는 저전력 수신 장치를 제공한다.
