In this dissertation, A new structural health monitoring(SHM) system which performs wireless power transfer with high efficiency in concrete structures including rebar array and simultaneously bi-directional wireless data transmission. High-efficiency wireless power transfer can be achieved through a new resonator structure that penetrates reinforced concrete structures. In addition, the control switch is used for the input and output of a very simple structure to enable bidirectional data transmission. Through this, the proposed SHM system has the advantage of greatly reducing the maintenance cost of the concrete structure by removing the data communication module. In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed converter, A 10W prototype wireless power system is designed
