| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 최소 유전체를 갖는 신규 미생물의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 미생물을 LB 브로쓰(broth)를 포함하는 배지에서 LB 브로쓰의 농도 감소에 따라 단계적으로 배양하는 단계를 포함하는, 게놈의 크기가 야생형보다 작은 신규 미생물의 제조 방법; 및 상기 방법으로 제조된 게놈의 크기가 야생형보다 작은 신규 미생물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 신규 미생물은 작은 게놈 크기에도 불구하고 생장률, 피루베이트 생산능, 단백질 번역 효율이 높으며 돌연변이 발생율이 낮으므로, 재조합 단백질 또는 피루베이트 생산 등의 산업에서 유용하게 활용될 수 있다. | - |
