안트라닐산 메틸 생성능을 가지는 재조합 미생물 및 이를 이용한 안트라닐산 메틸의 제조방법Recombinant Microorganisms Producing Methyl-anthranilate and Method for Producing Methyl-anthranilate Using the Same
본 발명은 안트라닐산 생성능을 갖는 미생물에 aamt1 유전자가 도입되어 있는 안트라닐산 메틸 생성능을 가지는 재조합 미생물 및 이를 이용한 안트라닐산 메틸의 생산방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 재생 가능한 탄소순환형 바이오매스로부터 화학적 촉매 반응 없이 순수한 생물학적 공정만으로 안트라닐산 메틸을 제조할 수 있어 환경 친화적이고, 생산 공정이 단순하여 매우 경제적인 방법으로 고부가가치의 안트라닐산 메틸을 대량생산 할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
