본 발명에 따른 중합효소연쇄반응 장치는 서로 이격 배열된 투명 나노 기둥 어레이가 형성된 투명 플레이트 및 상기 나노 기둥의 상부면 및 측면을 포함하는 표면에 위치하는 플라즈모닉 금속 나노섬을 포함하는 투명 광열 기판; 상기 광열 기판의 하부에 위치하며 상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노섬에 광을 조사하는 광원; 및 상기 투명 광열 기판에 의해 가열되는 유체를 보유하는 챔버;를 포함한다.
