본 발명은 전장유전체에서 발생한 염기서열 변이 정보 분석에 기반한 질병 특이적 바이오마커 도출 방법으로 유전자 부분뿐만 아니라 비유전자 부분에서 발생한 염기서열 정보를 활용하여 질병의 종류에 제한받지 않고 여러 종류의 질병마다 그에 적합한 바이오마커를 도출할 수 있고, 다양한 바이오마커 조합도 제공할 수 있다.
