A method of measuring the sodium in the body, fluorescence analysis has been actively studied recently. In this study, we analyzed the chemical reaction characteristics of aptamer and catalysts for the efficient using Na/K ratio in urine. To do this we developed a circuit for driving the SiPMs and it can be adopt to POCT applications.-
