The earth rotation causes changes of temperature and light which is repeated around day. These clear environmental changes encourage organisms to make molecular clock by which can anticipate it. Organisms regulate their foraging, mating, learning or memmory, and many other activities by this clock. There are molecular mechanisms which involve making of circadian signal from specific ``pacemaker cells`` of the brain by transcriptional or translational negative-feedback loop and transmitting the signal to a peripheral region. Usually, known circadian rhythm related genes are well conserved from microbes to mammals, and novel central genes and their roles are unveiling continuously.
In this study, we introduced screen method of behavioral trait related circadian locomoter activity without external time cue. We used commerically accessable EP-lines which is made by random P-element insertion. We have selected 16lines from total 1710 tested lines. And we defined and categorized them according to their classification of mutagenized genes and alteration types of behavioral trait.
