| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명의 한 실시예에 따른 우수한 고온 강도를 지닌 γ-γ'미세구조의 Co기 합금은, Co 고용체로서 면심입방구조(FCC, Face Centered Cubic)의 구조를 포함하는 γ 기지(matrix), 그리고 γ 기지 내에 규칙격자 L12 구조로 형성되어 있고, 육면체 형상을 나타내는 γ’상(phase)을 포함하며, γ 및 γ’는 조성식 CoTiaXb으로 구성되어 있고, CoTiaXb에서 X는 금속을 포함하며, γ’상은 γ 기지 내에 γ’- Co3(Ti,X)이 석출되어 있는 것을 말하며, a는 12 내지 15 원자비(at.%)를 포함하고, b는 1 내지 4 원자비(at.%)를 포함하며, 잔부는 Co로 구성되어 있다. | - |
