개인의 전이효소-접근가능한 염색질 시퀀싱 정보를 이용한 암 진단 마커 및 이의 용도A cancer diagnosis marker based on ATAC-Seq and Method using the same
본 발명은 전이효소-접근가능한 염색질 이용 시퀀싱(transposase-accessible chromatin using sequencing, ATAC sequencing)을 이용한 암 진단 마커 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 열린 염색질 구조변이 마커는 염색질의 구조상 변이를 높은 정확도로 확인할 수 있어 암 진단 마커로서 유용하며, 상기 마커를 검출하기 위한 조성물을 이용하여 염색질 구조변이를 검출할 경우, 새로운 암 진단 마커로서 활용이 가능하다.
