본 발명은 온도감응성 고분자의 상전이 측정방법 및 온도감응성 고분자의 상전이 측정장치에 관한 것으로, 특정온도에서 반응용액 내의 온도감응성 고분자가 작업전극의 표면에 충돌 또는 흡착됨으로써 발생되는 전류변화를 통하여 온도감응성 고분자의 상전이 유무 및/또는 농도를 용이하게 측정할 수 있다.
