| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 시공간 변조된 펄스 레이저 빔을 이용한 투명 재료 가공 방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로서, 공간적으로 변조된 펄스 레이저 빔이 투명 재료의 가공 부위에 다광자 흡수, 터널 효과, 아발란체 등의 비선형 광학 현상을 유도하여 재료의 흡수 계수를 국소적 및 일시적으로 상승시키고, 공간적으로 변조된 펄스 레이저 빔이 재료의 흡수 계수의 상승을 유도하는 시간만큼 지연된 펄스 레이저 빔이 투명 재료의 가공 부위에 홀(hole)을 가공한다. 투명 재료의 가공 부위와 제1 펄스 레이저 빔이 공간적으로 변조되어 형성된 초점선을 일치시키는 단계로서, 제1 펄스 레이저 빔의 초점선은 투명 재료의 가공 부위 내에서 흡수 계수를 상승시키는 단계; 제1 펄스 레이저 빔의 초점선이 투명 재료의 가공 부위 내의 흡수 계수를 상승시키는 시간만큼 제2 펄스 레이저 빔의 지연 시간을 조절하는 단계; 및 제2 펄스 레이저 빔을 투명 재료의 가공 부위에 시준시켜 홀을 가공하는 단계를 포함한다. | - |
