본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 광학 필터는, 투명 기판; 상기 투명 기판의 일면에 배치되고 다층 박막을 포함하는 적외선 차단 필터; 서로 나란히 연장되고 상기 투명 기판의 타면에 배치된 무반사 코팅 패턴; 서로 나란히 연장되고 상기 무반사 코팅 패턴에 정렬된 와이어 그리드 형태로 패터닝된 폴리머 패턴들; 및 상기 폴리머 패턴들 각각의 적어도 일 측면 및 상부면을 덮는 도전 패턴들을 포함한다.
