본 발명은 능동형 메타포토닉 컬러표시장치에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 능동형 메타포토닉 컬러표시장치는 기존 컬러필터의 단점을 보완할 수 있도록 열 및 화학적 안정성을 가지고 있는 금속 물질을 사용하며 전압 인가에 따라 능동적으로 하나의 서브픽셀만으로 R,G,B 색상을 모두 구현하여 해상도를 향상시킬 수 있다.
