본 발명은 본 발명은 CFC 증후군(cardiofaciocutaneous syndrome, CFC 신드롬)의 치료 및 증상 완화 효과를 가지는 신규 물질의 골세포 분화 촉진 및 약제학적 조성물로서의 용도에 대한 것으로서, 본 발명의 HDAC 억제제는, 유도 만능 줄기세포로부터 골세포의 분화 촉진 효과를 가지며, 결과적으로는 세포 성장 및 분화에 대한 촉진을 통하여 CFC 증후군에 대한 치료 또는 증상을 완화시키는 효과를 가진다.
