| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 목적 단백질의 생산을 향상시키기 위한 동물세포 배양용 배지 조성물 및 이를 이용한 목적 단백질 생산 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 동물세포 배양용 배지 조성물에 재조합 BMP-4 또는 BMP-7 단백질을 생산하는 CHO 세포를 배양하면, 상기 단백질들의 생산성이 증가하고, 상기 배지 조성물에 덱스트린 설페이트를 추가하는 경우 단백질의 생산량이 더욱 증가함으로써, 본 발명의 배지 조성물은 목적 단백질의 산업적 생산에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. | - |
