본 발명은 미량의 진세노사이드 성분이 증가된 가공인삼추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 근육 분화 촉진용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 상기 가공인삼추출물이 근아세포에서 근육으로의 분화를 촉진하고, 근육 분화 억제인자인 미오스타틴에 의한 근위축 현상을 억제하는 것을 확인함으로써 효과가 우수한 근육 장애 관련 질환의 예방 및 치료용 조성물을 개발할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
