본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 센서 인터페이스 장치는, 방사선 신호를 포함하는 입력 신호를 증폭시키는 제 1 증폭부, 및 오프셋(Offset) 신호를 증폭시키는 제 2 증폭부를 포함하는 신호 증폭부; 및 상기 증폭된 입력 신호와 상기 증폭된 오프셋 신호의 차이에 대한 디지털 신호를 출력 신호로서 생성하는 출력부를 포함한다.
