본 발명은 포화 흡수체, 이의 제조 방법 및 이를 포함하는 광섬유 기반 극초단 펄스 레이저 발생 장치에 관한 것으로, 상세하게, 본 발명에 따른 포화 흡수체는 고분자 매트릭스; 및 상기 매트릭스에 분산된 분산상이며, Cu Kα를 이용한 2θ 10° 내지 35° 범위의 X-선 회절 패턴 상, 11.0 내지 12.5°에 최대 강도의 회절 피크가 위치하는 단일벽 탄소나노튜브;를 포함한다.
