| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명인 복사냉각 효과 증진을 위한 격자 패터닝 구조를 갖는 PDMS 박막 및 상기 PDMS 박막의 제작 방법은, 제1 베이스 기판 상에 PET 기판을 부착하는 단계; 상기 PET 기판 상에 스핀 코팅을 통해 PR 감광제를 증착하고 상기 PR 감광제를 패터닝하는 단계; 상기의 패터닝된 PR 감광제 상에 PDMS를 스핀 코팅하여 상부 PDMS 조립체를 형성하는 단계; 제2 베이스 기판 상에 Ag 형성층을 증착하고 상기 Ag 형성층 상에 PDMS를 스핀 코팅하여 하부 PDMS 조립체를 형성하는 단계; 상기 상부 PDMS 조립체 및 하부 PDMS 조립체를 결합하여 하나의 일체화된 최종 PDMS 조립체를 완성하는 단계; 및 상기 최종 PDMS 조립체 상에서 PR 감광제를 제거하는 것과 동시에 상기 PET 기판을 제거하는 단계;를 포함한다. | - |
