본 발명은 동맥경화증 치료를 위한 화물치환 분해성 나노바이오소재에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 사이클로덱스트린 또는 사이클로덱스트린 유도체, 및 스타틴계 화합물의 복합체는 콜레스테롤 결정으로부터 콜레스테롤과 스타틴을 치환함으로써 콜레스테롤 결정을 분해하고, 대식세포 및 포말세포로 흡수되어 세포사멸을 유도함으로써, 죽종형성을 억제하고 동맥경화반을 퇴행시키므로, 동맥경화증의 예방 또는 치료를 위해 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
