| dc.description.abstract | 【과제】다양한 움직임 벡터 프리딕터 후보를 이용함으로써 움직임 벡터 예측의 정확도를 증가시키는 영상 신호 처리 방법 및 장치를 제공한다. 【해결 수단】영상 신호의 처리 방법은 움직임 벡터 프리딕터(mvp) 정보 및 움직임 벡터의 변화치를 포함한 영상 신호를 수신하고 공간적 프리딕터 및 시간적 프리딕터를 이용하여 움직임 벡터 프리딕터 후보군 세트를 결정하고 움직임 벡터 프리딕터 정보를 이용하여 움직임 벡터 프리딕터를 결정하고 움직임 벡터 프리딕터 및 움직임 벡터의 변화치를 이용하여 현재 블록의 움직임 보상을 수행하는 것을 포함한다. 움직임 벡터 프리딕터는 움직임 벡터 프리딕터 후보군 세트를 이용하여 생성된다. | - |
