본 발명은 전자선 조사 처리한 고분자를 포함하고, 상기 고분자는 입자 형태인, 자외선 및 블루라이트(blue light) 차단용 화장료 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 자외선 및 블루라이트 차단용 화장료 조성물은 무독성으로 생체 적합성이 우수하고, 자외선 및 블루라이트 차단 성능이 우수한 효과가 있다.
