본 발명은 시냅토태그민 1 단백질과 5-이노시톨 파이로인산의 결합 억제제에 관한 것으로, 상기 결합 억제제는 서열번호 2 또는 3으로 기재되는 아미노산 서열을 갖는 펩티드 또는 서열번호 2 또는 3으로 기재되는 아미노산 서열에 결합하는 항체이며, 이는 시냅토태그민 1 단백질과 5-이노시톨 파이로인산의 결합을 억제하여 시냅스토태그민 1 단백질의 활성을 유지하고 시냅스에서의 신경전달물질의 세포외배출(exocytosis)을 조절할 수 있다.
