본 실시예에 의한 카메라 모듈의 초음파 접합장치는 스테이지; 상기 스테이지에 형성되어 접합 대상물이 삽입되는 안착홈부; 상기 스테이지 상측에 승강 가능하게 배치되는 열 압착장치; 및 상기 스테이지의 측면에 일정 거리 이격 배치되어, 상기 스테이지에 초음파를 가진 하는 초음파 가진장치;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
