As a demand for thin & flexible optical sensors has increased, conventional glass substrates based optical filters needs to be replaced by flexible film based optical filters. In this paper, light absorbing dye‐doped siloxane based optical film filters are introduced for replacing conventional glass based optical filters. Light absorbing dye‐doped siloxane hybrid optical film filters have good light filtering ability in diverse wavelength ranges with high transmittance in desired wavelengths, showing high thermal and optical stability.-
