식품으로부터 미생물을 검출하는 방법Method for Detecting Foodborne Microorganism
본 개시 내용의 구체예에 따르면, 식품(구체적으로 편의점 등에서 판매 중인 즉석 식품)으로부터 장시간에 걸쳐 복잡한 절차를 요하는 종래의 식중독 균과 같은 병원체 검출 방법에 비하여 단시간에 식품 내 미생물을 양호한 신뢰도로 검출할 수 있는 신규 방법이 기재된다.
