광 위치 감지 장치OPTICAL POSITION SENSING DEVICE
광 위치 감지 장치가 개시된다. 일 실시예에 따른 광 위치 감지 장치는 레이저 펄스를 수광하는 제1 광섬유(the first optical fiber)와, 상기 제1 광섬유가 수신하는 레이저 펄스를 감지하여 전기적 신호로 출력하는 광 검출기(photo detector)와, 상기 전기적 신호에 기초하여 상기 레이저 펄스의 위치를 계산하는 컨트롤러(controller)를 포함한다.
