본 발명은 고령자의 주거 우울 지수 산출 방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로, 이는 다수의 Kinetic House-Tree-Person Test(KHTP) 이미지와, 상기 KHTP 이미지 각각에 대응되는 우울감을 질의하는 주거 우울증 진단용 설문지를 생성하는 단계; 사용자 단말에 상기 우울증 진단용 설문지를 제공한 후, 상기 사용자 단말이 이에 응답하여 전송하는 사용자 답변을 수신하는 단계; 상기 사용자 답변에 포함된 상기 KHTP 이미지 각각에 대응되는 우울감을 점수 방식으로 환산한 후 합산하여, 사용자 답변 총합을 산출하는 단계; 및
