일 실시 예에 따른 손가락 운동 보조 장치는, 손등 및 손목의 일부를 감싸도록 설치되는 손바닥 지지체; 및 일측이 손가락의 중위지골 또는 원위지골 부위에 고정되고 타측은 상기 손바닥 지지체에 연결되어 양단 사이의 탄성력을 통해 상기 손가락의 신전 운동을 보조하는 신전 보조 유닛을 포함할 수 있다.
