본 발명은 금속 산화물 나노입자를 포함하는 지지체와 지지체에 담지된 귀금속 나노입자를 포함하는 촉매를 포함하는 수열 처리된 일산화탄소 산화용 촉매 및 그 제조방법을 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명에 다른 촉매는 실제 자동차 배기 환경과 상당히 유사한 수열 처리 조건을 적용하여 촉매 불활성 문제를 해결하여, 촉매 활성이 향상되면서도 안정한 자동차 촉매를 설계하는데 기여할 수 있다.
