생체시료로부터 엑소좀과 지질단백질의 분리 방법Method for Isolation of Exosomes and Lipoproteins from Biological Sample
본 발명은 엑소좀 및 지질단백질이 혼합된 생체시료로부터 엑소좀과 지질단백질을 분리하는 방법에 관한 것으로 본 발명의 방법을 통해 분리된 엑소좀이 포함된 분획에는 지질단백질의 양이 크게 감소되어 획득된 엑소좀의 순도가 높아짐을 확인한 바, 본원발명의 방법은 엑소좀 및 지질단백질이 혼합된 시료로부터 엑소좀과 지질단백질을 효과적으로 분리하는데 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
