본 개시가 제시하는 무선 통신 액세스 방법은, 사용자 단말기가 기지국으로 프리앰블(preamble)을 전송하여, 랜덤하게 상기 기지국으로 접속을 시도하는 랜덤 액세스 단계; 상기 사용자 단말기가 상기 기지국으로부터 상기 사용자 단말기의 랜덤 접속에 대한 응답, RAR을 받는 단계; 상기 사용자 단말기가 상기 기지국에 RRC를 요청하는 RRC 요청 단계; RRC 요청을 받은 상기 기지국이 접속이 완료되었다는 접속 확인 메시지를 사용자 단말기에게 전송하고 접속 과정이 완료되는 RRC resolution 단계; 를 포함한다.
