For practical use of quantum machine learning based quantum artificial intelligence, an efficient and systematic method to generate a quantum database, and an effective quantum process management are essential. Although theoretical advantages of quantum computing are well known, an efficient quantum database structure and quantum process management technologies are hard to find. This work presents flip-flop quantum random access memory as a means to generate the quantum database, and a quantum process management technique analogous to forking in classical operating systems.
