선택적 투과성의 미세캡슐 및 이의 제조방법Micro Capsule with selective permeability and Method of preparing the same
본 발명은 상분리되는 고분자를 이용하여 원하는 크기의 균일한 기공을 쉘에 형성시킨 방법 및 이에 의한 미세캡슐 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 박막의 쉘 속에 분산된 용해성 고분자와 비용해성 고분자간의 상분리 특성을 이용하여 쉘에 균일하면서도 크기 제어가 가능한 기공을 형성시킬 수 있다.
본 발명의 미세캡슐은 균일하면서도 크기 제어가 가능한 기공이 형성되어 있으므로 약물 전달체나 미세반응기 등으로 사용할 수 있다.
